Super scholars named to the Dean's List

MODUL University Vienna recently recognized the outstanding academic achievements three of our students in awarding Robert Wilfing, Sebastian Ferrari, and Vera Wanivenhaus a place on the BBA Dean’s List.

The Dean’s List is MODUL University’s recognition of outstanding academic achievement, and BBA students who earn 24 or more ECTS during a semester with a GPA of 90% or above are eligible. Students receive a certificate for each semester he or she makes the list, and are invited to attend an annual breakfast at the Five Star Grand Hotel Vienna in the city center.

The first students to receive this award, Sebastian and Vera are in their second semester and Robert will be graduating this spring. In additon to thier scholastic endeavours, all three are involved in extracurricular activities; Sebastian is offering his academic excellence to tutor fellow students in MU’s tutoring program, and Vera is spearheading the committee to found an MU Ball. After completing a successful internship at Emirates Airlines, Robert has some work experience under his belt and great plans for life as an MU alumnus.

The three exceptional scholars were invited to the inaugural breakfast hosted by BBA Dean Dagmar Lund-Durlacher and Karim Jalloul, the General Manager of the Grand Hotel Vienna and Chair of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry Advisory Board of MODUL University.
