New University Preparatory Course prepares students for life at MU

MODUL University Vienna has launched a new one-year program to prepare students to enter into University level studies. MODUL University Vienna and MODUL Tourism College are pairing up to offer a preparatory course to potential students in order to prepare them to enter the Bachelor in Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Specially designed for foreign students without a background in tourism and hospitality, the course will improve their language and math skills and help them ease seamlessly into life in Austria at the MODUL schools.

Upon completion of the program, students will have achieved the level of proficiency in mathematics and intermediate English required to meet our bachelor entry standards. In addition to mathematics and statistics and English, the preparatory program includes basic German, European culture and introduction to IT, as well as food and beverage training.

Through this innovative prep year, students will receive theoretical education and practical training, and they will also be supported with getting settled in Vienna and adapting to life in Austria and its culture. The program will begin its inaugural run this September, with all courses being conducted at MODUL College.
