MODUL Career Soirée and Career Fair - October 18th, 2012

MODUL Career, the career platform of MODUL University Vienna and MODUL Tourism College provides the link between "high potentials" and the best national and international companies in the tourism and hotel sector.

The annual MODUL Career Fair will be held on October 18th, 2012 to provide further networking opportunities for potential employers and students, graduates, and alumni of MODUL Tourism College and MODUL University Vienna. More than 30 exhibitors and 400 visitors are expected at the Career Fair, which will see a change of venue from the university to MODUL Tourism College.

The partners of MODUL Career have a keen interest in recruiting the technical and managerial personnel of the tourism industry of the future. International hotel chains such as InterContinental, Hilton, and 25 Hours, consulting firms such as PKF hotelexperts, hotel software companies like Hotelkit, or local hotel groups such as Imlauer Hotels are among the exhibitors who will meet with the young crop of future movers and shakers and offer them valuable career tips.

Following the Career Fair, the MODUL Career Soirée invites visitors from the hospitality and tourism industry, former graduates, teachers and staff to celebrate their success in style. Now an annual tradition, graduates of both MODUL institutions gather in an exclusive setting to maintain professional and business contacts and make new ones in a relaxed atmosphere, and spend a lovely evening with like-minded people. Another first, the MODUL Career Soirée will also be held at MODUL Tourism College.

"We are proud that we can build a bridge between the two institutions, which are both internationally known for high quality in higher education. We provide our graduates the skills to take a successful future by the reigns." said Hani El-Sharkawi, head of MODUL Career. The career platform now counts more than six thousand graduates of MODUL Tourism College and MODUL University Vienna in their network, many of them in leadership positions worldwide.
